Tasmanian Tiger® Plate Carrier QR LC

Lightweight QR plate carrier from Tasmanian Tiger in a version with laser cut slits. Thanks to the technology used, it has a smooth and clean appearance. The size is designed for ballistic plates of 30 cm x 25 cm size. It is equipped with a quick release system using ROC buckles.

Elaborated design

Comfortable wearing is ensured by padded shoulder straps with adjustable length, on which you will find velcro straps for attaching cables or hydration bag hoses. The front side of the carrier has a velcro panel on the chest for attaching an ID label or patch, below it is an area with a low-profile MOLLE system, in the lower part complemented by Velcro for attaching pouches and other equipment. The ballistic plate with a maximum size of 30 cm x 25 cm is inserted into a pocket with an elastic edge and Velcro fastening. The back of the carrier is completely covered with a laser-cut MOLLE webbing. By unfolding the lower part, you get to the area used for exchanging side parts and adjusting their size. The chest and back of the carrier have a pleasant padding and it is comfortable even under heavy load. Next to each side ROC buckle there is a detachable pocket for the radio with easy access to its controls. The side part can be made of a maximally breathable version with elastic straps, or you can fit it with a full belt with a laser-cut MOLLE webbing. In the second case, this space is suitable after attaching other pockets, including those for the side ballistic plates. The great advantage of this plate carrier is its compatibility with the Tasmanian Tiger Assault Pack 12 tactical backpack. Thanks to the proven Cordura material, from which the carrier is mostly made, it can withstand use in the toughest operating conditions.

Quick release system

The side and shoulder straps are equipped with ROC (Rapid Opening Connector) buckles. You will use this system especially when treating injuries or when you need quickly change the equipment. Opening and closing the carrier is a matter of seconds. Special tactical buckles on the shoulders and sides have paracord pulls, so they are easy to operate even with gloves on. Just tug on them lightly and the quick-release system opens them immediately.
