We must be balanced, no tilting or moving of the backpack, which could even lead to fall. Also look for the compression straps. If we overload our backpack, the zippers may not handle it and that is why the compression straps are used.

We should always focus on the quality first. It is simply essential with such backpacks. Most important is the high-quality carrying system and material. The carrying system must feature padded hip belt as well as padded shoulder straps, which should also include chest strap to secure them. The backpack should be also water resistant, but even with this feature, it should include rain cover, which can always be purchased additionaly if it´s not included. After all these things we can focus on interior, colour and design as these things are not important for our back.
