The Tasmanian Tiger Base Pack 60 FO Backpack is designed for extended missions and multi-day field use where organization, quick access, and adaptability are essential. The front access opening simplifies gear handling, the modular design allows expansion, and the V2 Plus carrying system adapts to both body and load for stable and comfortable carry.
The large front opening provides direct access to the main compartment without unloading the pack from the top. The interior is divided into upper and lower sections for a clear and organized layout. A lid pocket keeps small essentials within reach, while attachment points for trekking poles or an ice axe ensure additional gear is securely fixed during movement.
The base volume of 60 liters can be increased up to 75 liters using the roll-top collar. The lid is height-adjustable and can be removed if needed. Multiple closure options help adapt the pack to the current load and maintain stability during transport.
The V2 Plus carrying system offers adjustable torso length for a precise fit across different body types. Its design improves load distribution and stability during movement. Shoulder straps, a height-adjustable chest strap, and a removable hip belt keep the backpack securely in place even during prolonged use.
MOLLE webbing on the front, sides, and lid allows attachment of additional gear. The backpack is compatible with a hydration system, and the PFC/PFAS-free finish helps protect contents from moisture and dirt in field conditions.
