RH Holsters® Frogy OWB Holster for Echelon Compact 4″ / Half Sweat Guard

The RH Holsters Frogy is a Kydex OWB holster designed for the HS Produkt / Springfield Armory Echelon Compact 4″. Its low-profile construction, contoured pressure element and inward-angled pistol position help draw the grip closer to the body for more discreet carry beneath clothing. The holster is made from a single piece of reinforced 2.5 mm Kydex and features adjustable retention and cant, a half sweat guard and quick-attach 40 mm Speedloops.

For the Echelon Compact 4″

The holster is vacuum-formed specifically for the HS Produkt / Springfield Armory Echelon Compact 4″. Its precisely molded Kydex shell holds the pistol in a defined position and is designed for outside-the-waistband belt carry.

Low-Profile OWB Carry

The Frogy combines the accessibility of an OWB holster with features designed to reduce the pistol’s outline beneath clothing. Its compact design is optimized for strong-side carry and occupies minimal space on the belt.

Contoured Pressure Element

A shaped element on the body-facing side applies pressure against the wearer and helps draw the portion of the holster above the belt inward. The pistol also sits at a slight angle that positions the grip closer to the body. Together, these features help reduce printing beneath an outer garment.

Reinforced 2.5 mm Kydex

The holster is formed from a single piece of 2.5 mm Kydex. Molded ribs increase structural rigidity and help the shell retain its shape, while hand-finished edges improve comfort during extended wear.

Quick-Attach 40 mm Speedloops

The holster is supplied with Speedloops designed for a 40 mm belt. The loops snap around the belt from above, allowing the holster to be attached or removed without threading the belt through the pants loops.

Adjustable Retention and Cant

Adjustment screws allow the holster’s retention to be set according to the user’s preference. The recommended neutral cant is 0°, while repositioning the front Speedloop allows the holster to be tilted forward or rearward.

Half Sweat Guard

The raised rear section partially separates the pistol slide from the body and helps reduce direct contact with perspiration. It also helps keep clothing away from the holster opening during reholstering. The Frogy is supplied with a half-height sweat guard.

Reflex Sight and Muzzle-Device Compatibility

The holster is cut to accommodate a compatible reflex sight. Its open-bottom design provides clearance for a compatible extended or threaded barrel, thread protector or compensator while also allowing debris to exit the holster.
