Defcon5 XPRO provides hearing protection while giving you active noise reduction. Low profile design allows you to keep them while wearing helmet, mask and any other headwear or while using a phone or supplemental headphones. They are suitable wherever it is desirable to protect your hearing from unwanted damage.

Active hearing protection 

The disadvantage of typical earplugs is that they protect your hearing, but they block too much. XPRO feature the push of a button. The closed valve will protect your hearing by gliving you 30 dB of noise reduction with the foam tips and 24 dB noise reduction with silicon tips. When you need to hear again, instead of completely removing the earp lugs, simply press the button again to open the acoustic valve, allowing sound to pass through naturally. Noise reduction with open valve is 19 dB. 

Hypoallergenic, reusable 

XPro plugs are made from soft, hypoallergenic, medical grade polymer, they are washable and will last long time. Because they are reusable, you can avoid the hassle and extra expense of constantly having to replace disposable earplugs.
