Carinthia® Insulation Law Enforcement jacket

The Carinthia Insulation Law Enforcement jacket is a year-round unisex jacket. It is multipurpose and can be worn with additional gear such as vests or belts, etc. It offers a short ergonomic cut and maximum comfort even in the most demanding conditions, such as winter. The jacket is suitable for use by police forces, customs administration or prison services.

Resists wind and rain

Premium outer fabric – double-layer Gore-Tex, combined with G-Loft insulation, excellently protects the user from adverse weather. Additionally, the jacket is equipped with an insulated hood with lining and also the hood uses double-layer Gore-Tex. The hood is helmet-compatible. It can be rolled into the collar and is adjustable with a drawstring in two directions for convenient use. It features the Carinthia OVS = open view system, ensuring a good view for the user. The jacket is equipped with durable and waterproof Bosubi YKK zippers with long pulls for easy handling even with gloves. The two-way main zipper is covered by a flap, does not irritate the skin and is windproof. At the top, it is equipped with a chin guard to prevent pinching in the zipper.

Insulated

Ultralight and breathable G-Loft insulation keeps the user comfortable and warm, perfectly insulating down to -15°C. Its packed dimensions are minimal. Carinthia Iso Mapping – this is the deliberately uneven distribution of insulation material in different parts of the jacket. Less insulation material is located in high-movement areas, such as the arms. This way, the insulation does not restrict freedom of movement or unnecessarily increase the jacket's volume.

Where to store items

The jacket features 2 spacious front pockets with internal dividers, which prevent the contents from slipping to the bottom of the pocket, creating an uncomfortable and unsightly bulge. These are zippered and due to the higher opening, offer easy access to stored items even when seated. There are also 2 zippered pockets on the upper sleeves. Additionally, there are 2 internal pockets.
