Small, but definitely not weak. The Vortex Diamondback HD 8×28 is the ideal companion for the field – lightweight, compact and optically well-built. It offers a sharp and contrasting image even in poor light conditions and reliably handles all weather conditions. Whether hunting, hiking or quick observation in nature, with these binoculars you have your eyes everywhere.
The HD optical system with high-quality glass elements ensures maximum sharpness and true colors across the entire field of view. Thanks to multi-layer anti-reflective coatings and dielectric prism coating, the Vortex delivers an image that is a pleasure to look at – bright, contrasting, with sharp contours. It also copes well with low light at dusk or in twilight.
The compact body made of lightweight but durable magnesium alloy is designed for everyday use in the field. The rubber casing with a rough texture holds well and does not slip even in the rain or with winter gloves. Inside, everything is hermetically sealed, filled with argon and protected against shock, moisture and fogging.
Central focus and diopter adjustment on the right eyepiece allow for precise adjustment as needed. Even those who wear glasses will appreciate the retractable eyecup. Whether an adult or a child is observing, the adjustable eyepiece spacing adapts to anyone. The Vortex Diamondback HD can handle quick handheld observations or stable mounting on a tripod.
When not looking, it is ready – either hanging from the neck or safely stored in the durable GlassPak case. The package also includes lens caps, cleaning cloth and strap. The whole set is ready to go with you on an expedition right out of the box.
Warning: Do not use the binoculars to observe the sun or other sources of intense light. This bino is not designed for this and such surveillance can damage the retina or cornea and in extreme cases may lead to blindness!
