This iconic shotgun began being supplied to American marines by the Italian company Benelli Armi in 1998 when it won the contract. The Benelli M4, specifically the variant with a telescopic stock, is now available with us as well.
In its base version, the Benelli M4 shotgun is equipped with a long barrel and a magazine tube with a capacity for 7 shots. Thanks to the special telescopic stock, you can simply and quickly significantly shorten the length of the weapon with just a push of a button. The versatility is further enhanced by the option to exchange stocks.
You can specifically choose between a fixed stock and a stock with a pistol grip. Both are made from technopolymer reinforced with glass fibers. You can easily swap them without needing any tools. The butt pad on the end of the stock further reduces the already low perceived recoil.
The precision of shooting with the Benelli M4 shotgun is enhanced by a fixed front sight protected by side wings and an adjustable diopter. The sights can be fitted with luminescent markings for shooting in poorer light conditions.
The weapon is also equipped with Benelli's innovative gas system, which is precise, durable, and reliable. A.R.G.O. stands for "Auto Regulating Gas Operated system." The A.R.G.O. system is located under the barrel near the chamber, allowing it to utilize higher pressure and hot gases from firing. A special regulating valve then releases the excess pressure from the firing.
