Semi-jacketed Sellier & Bellot SP cartridge / 9.3×72 R / 12.5 g - 193 grs consists of a lead core and a metal jacket (CuZn 10). This bullet is designed so that the core, which is partially exposed at the front, deforms into a mushroom shape upon impact. This process then leads to the rapid transfer of kinetic energy. The bullet also features reduced ricochet. It is a Czech product – the cartridges come from the workshop of Sellier & Bellot, which is based in Vlašim. One package contains 20 cartridges.
