Description and parameters
The SP semi-jacketed cartridge from Sellier & Bellot / 7×57 R / 9.1 g - 140 grs is composed of a lead core and a metal jacket (CuZn 10). This bullet is designed so that the core, which is partially exposed at the front, deforms into a mushroom shape upon impact. This allows for the rapid transfer of kinetic energy. The bullet is also characterized by reduced deflection. The cartridges are manufactured by Sellier & Bellot, so it is Czech-made (the company is based in Vlašim). Each package contains 20 cartridges.
