Helikon-Tex® Defender Mk2 Tropical shirt

The Helikon-Tex Defender Mk2 Tropical long-sleeved shirt is built for the heat, where regular shirts give up. The lightweight, breathable and quick-drying construction keeps you comfortable even when worn all day. It looks civilian, functions technically and stands up to both work and normal movement around the city.

Material that works

The base is made of strong polyester with mechanical elasticity. The fabric adapts to movement without the use of elastane, wicks sweat well and dries quickly. Thanks to its lightness and breathability, it is comfortable to wear even in high temperatures and at the same time provides protection from sunlight.

Ventilation where it is needed

The armpits are complemented by a ventilation hole with mesh and an internal mesh panel is sewn into the upper back. These elements support air circulation and help keep the body dry even during longer wear or more active movement.

Thoughtful details and pockets

The long sleeves have adjustable cuffs with multiple buttons for precise adjustment. The classic collar is shaped to prevent rolling and is lined with soft fabric on the inside. There are two pockets on the chest with a Velcro flap and two more with a vertical zipper entry, complete with a practical eyeglass loop. The buttons are Helikon-Tex marked, and the zippers are supplied by YKK.
