Safety features of this rifle include a positive safety on the right side of the receiver and a separate bolt removal control, ensuring maximum safety when handling CZ 457 series weapons. The quiet, positive safety contributes to safe and comfortable gun handling. The mentioned control also allows for easy disassembly of the weapon for cleaning.

Additional safety features

These are not the only safety features of this weapon. It is also possible to open the bolt even when the safety is engaged, so you can always safely check the condition of the weapon or unload it without needing to disengage the safety. The weapon's cocked firing mechanism is reliably detected by an indicator, which can be checked both visually and by touch.

Adjustable trigger mechanism

The adjustable trigger mechanism satisfies the individual needs of the shooter. The trigger pull is preset at the factory to 12 N but can be adjusted between 8 and 15 N. The trigger travel is adjustable within 0.5 to 5mm.

Lightened firing pin

The firing pin is reduced by an impressive 62% compared to the previous model. This modification saves the weapon from even the slightest vibrations that could affect your shooting accuracy. Durability of the firing pin during dry training is guaranteed.

New bedding type

The mechanism mounting in the stock is improved with a new bedding type. This significantly contributes to its long-term accuracy and stability. It greatly reduces the influence of wood expansion under different temperature conditions on the shooting precision and accuracy of the weapon, allowing for a precision shot over a longer period.

Shortened bolt rotation

A 60° shortened bolt rotation ensures comfortable, smooth and quick reloading of the weapon for the user. Combined with mounted optics, it ensures prompt handling of the weapon in any situation. Additional advantages of the CZ 457 series include interchangeable stocks with a wide range of shapes and materials, emphasizing ergonomics and shooting comfort.

Easy barrel exchange

The modular system in the CZ 457 series is enhanced to allow the use of barrels of various calibers from the previous CZ 455 model series and their exchange through mini-sets. You can thus easily adapt the weapon to your needs.
