The Templars Gear Self-Locking Pistol Magazine Pouch is designed to carry a single double-stack pistol magazine. Combining rigid Delrin side panels, adjustable shock-cord retention, and a non-slip interior lining, the pouch provides secure magazine retention while allowing fast, unobstructed access without the need for a flap or secondary retention strap.
The retention system utilizes adjustable shock-cord compression, allowing users to fine-tune retention strength to match specific magazine types and personal preferences. This ensures secure retention during movement while maintaining rapid access for reloads.
A non-slip interior insert helps improve magazine retention and stability without relying on additional retention devices. The design keeps the magazine securely in place while allowing a smooth and consistent draw.
The pouch incorporates high-strength Delrin side panels that maintain structural rigidity across a wide range of operating temperatures. The rigid construction helps preserve the pouch opening, facilitating both magazine insertion and reindexing during training or operational use.
The pouch body is manufactured from a Cordura 500D-based laminate with IRR treatment. This construction offers excellent durability, low weight, and resistance to wear in demanding operational environments.
Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS attachment points allow the pouch to be mounted on plate carriers, battle belts, backpacks, and other compatible load-bearing equipment. Additional MOLLE-compatible attachment points on the front enable users to stack pouches or mount other mission-specific accessories.
