The Black Fox Rescue Demand BF-784-OR is a folding rescue knife featuring a D2 tool steel blade, an orange anodized aluminum handle, and a range of integrated emergency tools. Combining a partially serrated blade, seat belt cutter, glass breaker, signal whistle, and hex wrench openings, it is well suited for emergency kits, vehicles, rescue equipment, and everyday carry.
The 85 mm drop point blade is made from D2 tool steel hardened to 59–61 HRC. It features a stonewashed finish and a partially serrated edge for efficiently cutting seat belts, rope, webbing, fabric, and other tough materials. Blade thickness is 3 mm.
The knife can be opened with either the flipper or the thumb stud, allowing quick one-handed deployment. A liner lock securely locks the blade in the open position during use.
In addition to the main blade, the Rescue Demand incorporates a dedicated seat belt cutter, glass breaker, signal whistle, and integrated hex wrench openings in 6, 7, 8, and 10 mm sizes. These features make it a practical tool for emergency situations, vehicle rescue, and everyday problem-solving.
The orange anodized aluminum handle is easy to spot in low-light conditions, inside a vehicle, or among other equipment. Its ergonomic shape and textured surface provide a secure grip, even while wearing gloves.
The knife includes a stainless steel pocket clip for convenient everyday carry. A nylon sheath is also included for additional carrying options and protected storage.
The knife measures 200 mm when open and approximately 115 mm when closed. The blade is 85 mm long and 3 mm thick. The pocket clip, screws, and back spacer are made from stainless steel.
