When things are flying around, you don't want to compromise. PGD FRAG BASE bets on full coverage and mobility in one package. It protects against shrapnel, bullets and stabs – while moving with the body as if it wasn't even there. Danish design, thought out to the last seam.
PGD FRAG BASE completely covers the torso – front, back and sides. The soft ballistic panel stops everything from shrapnel to magnums. It also adds certified resistance to stabbing. Whether it's a combat zone or a crisis situation, this vest can handle it.
Strong in protection, soft in movement. The flexible filling fits snugly to the body and mirrors every movement, so there's no need to loosen, tighten or adjust anything. The cut and reinforcements are designed so that the vest is barely noticeable – until it's needed to work full time.
The entire construction is based on Cordura 500D laminate – a third lighter than standard MOLLE, but with endurance for extreme load. Shoulder straps can bear over a ton, and Italian buckles won't jam even during a quick escape. Fabrics from European manufacturers, no half-measures.
The inner lining with Outlast PCM technology regulates temperature according to the situation. When the body heats up, the material absorbs the heat. When it cools down, it releases it again. The vest thus helps maintain a stable climate even in changing conditions – allowing the person to focus on what's important.
The product is designed and manufactured exclusively for use in security forces (Police, Army, IRS components) or for use by people involved in ensuring public order (Municipal Police, established reserves of the state), alternatively for self-defense. The product is not categorized as PPE, therefore it cannot be used for activities other than those mentioned above, in particular it cannot be used for sports activities or for the performance of security guard activities.
