B&T® RBS PRINT-X / Inconel / M.A.R.S. / caliber .223 Rem (5.56 mm)

The B&T® RBS PRINT-X suppressor made from Inconel is designed for semi-automatic rifles chambered in .223 Rem / 5.56 mm. It incorporates the Reduced Backpressure System (RBS), which helps limit gas return into the firearm. The suppressor is intended for direct mounting on the B&T M.A.R.S. muzzle device without the use of adapters.

Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)

The RBS technology redirects part of the combustion gases forward, reducing back pressure within the firearm system. This helps limit gas flow toward the action and shooter and supports consistent cycling, particularly on semi-automatic platforms.

Inconel Monolithic Construction

The suppressor is manufactured from Inconel, a high-temperature nickel-based alloy known for resistance to heat and mechanical stress. Production is carried out using metal 3D printing technology, resulting in a monolithic structure without welds or separate internal components. This construction supports durability under sustained firing conditions.

Direct Mount – B&T M.A.R.S.

The RBS PRINT-X is designed specifically for the B&T M.A.R.S. mounting interface. Direct attachment to the muzzle device provides a repeatable and secure connection without additional adapters, minimizing alignment variables.

Sound and Flash Reduction

The internal geometry is engineered to reduce sound signature and visible muzzle flash. Performance remains consistent within the limits defined by the material and construction.
