B&T® RBS PRINT-X Compact / Inconel / M.A.R.S. / caliber .223 Rem (5.56 mm)

The B&T® RBS PRINT-X Compact suppressor made from Inconel is designed for semi-automatic rifles chambered in .223 Rem / 5.56 mm. It combines a shortened overall length with Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) technology to support stable firearm operation. The suppressor is intended for direct mounting on the B&T M.A.R.S. muzzle device without the use of adapters.

Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)

The RBS technology directs part of the combustion gases forward, reducing back pressure within the firearm system. This helps limit gas return toward the action and shooter, contributing to cleaner operation and more consistent cycling, especially on semi-automatic platforms.

Inconel Monolithic Construction

The suppressor is manufactured from Inconel, a high-temperature nickel-based alloy known for resistance to heat and mechanical stress. It is produced using metal 3D printing technology, resulting in a monolithic construction without welds or separate internal components. This approach supports structural integrity under sustained firing conditions.

Direct Mount – B&T M.A.R.S.

The RBS PRINT-X Compact is designed for direct attachment to the B&T M.A.R.S. muzzle device. The interface provides a repeatable and secure connection without additional adapters, minimizing variables that could affect alignment or function.

Compact Configuration

The Compact variant reduces overall added length and weight compared to standard models. The shorter configuration lowers the mass at the muzzle and supports improved handling in confined or movement-intensive environments.

Noise and Flash Reduction

The internal geometry is engineered to reduce sound signature and visible muzzle flash. Performance remains consistent under higher firing schedules, in accordance with the material and structural design.
