The history of the Dutch company Van Os Imports B.V., which stands behind the brand 101 INC^®, dates back to 1939. At that time, the Van Os brothers primarily sold farm products. However, soon after, World War II broke out, and the entire business was turned upside down. After the war, the founders of the company decided to venture into a completely new business – they started selling military surplus from American units stationed in Europe during the war.

Opportunity of the 1980s

In the 1980s, the world began to slowly shrink, and importing goods from various corners of the planet became more accessible for Van Os Imports B.V. than ever before. The company responded quickly and started importing goods from the Far East. A completely new product line focusing on military and outdoor areas was created. Gradually, new brands emerged, into which individual products began to fall. These brands included the following: Fostex Garments, Fosco Industries, Stealth, Kosumo, and Longhorn.

The Formation of the 101 INC^® Airsoft Division

The brand 101 INC^® was established under Van Os Imports B.V. originally as an airsoft division, which was formed in 2010 in response to the need for a completely new brand in the military and tactical product segment. The brand gradually gained popularity, and one of the reasons was the growing popularity of airsoft as a form of combat simulation, which required professional-level military equipment. The new brand began to cover a completely new line of high-quality tactical products and equipment.

Under the brand 101 INC^® (101 Incorporated), there is a wide range of different products on the market. The best-known include clothing and accessories, including various patches and Velcro insignias. Also noteworthy are small outdoor knives, which are light, compact, and practical at the same time, as they can help you get out of various problems during outdoor activities.
