ProTac® Rail Mount HL-X Weapon Light – Streamlight®

The ProTac^® Rail Mount HL-X weapon light by Streamlight^® delivers powerful illumination in a rugged housing designed to withstand weapon recoil and demanding use. The durable aluminum body protects the internal electronics, while the high-output LED and optimized optics create a focused beam with sufficient peripheral illumination. With simple Picatinny rail mounting and the option to use a remote pressure switch, it is a practical addition for duty use, tactical setups, and home defense.

Rugged Construction for Weapon Use

The flashlight body is made from aircraft-grade aluminum with a durable anodized finish that protects internal components during demanding use. The design is engineered to handle recoil generated during firing. A tempered glass lens protects the LED emitter from impacts, dirt, and adverse weather conditions.

Powerful Illumination with Optimized Optics

The high-output LED works with a precision reflector designed to produce a focused beam with balanced peripheral illumination. This beam pattern lights the area directly in front of the shooter while maintaining situational awareness of the surroundings. The combination of a bright hotspot and useful spill helps with rapid target identification in low-light conditions.

Picatinny Rail Mounting

The weapon light mounts directly to a standard Picatinny rail for secure and stable attachment. Installation is quick and straightforward, and the mount keeps the light firmly positioned even during dynamic movement. The design is optimized primarily for rifles and carbines.

Flexible Control Options

The light can be operated using the tailcap switch or the included remote pressure switch. Both options support momentary or constant activation depending on the situation. A strobe function is also available for signaling or tactical applications.

Programmable Operating Modes

The light features Streamlight’s TEN-TAP^® programming system, allowing users to select the preferred operating configuration. Three selectable programs are available: high/strobe, high only, or low/high. This flexibility allows the light to be tailored to different operational needs.
