Bolle MY6 Topaz ProLaser Ballistic Shooting Glasses combine ballistic eye protection with protection against selected laser wavelengths. The orange polycarbonate lens provides an optical density of OD4 at 400 and 532 nm and features an AS/AF coating for increased scratch and fog resistance. The glasses comply with STANAG 2920 and MIL-PRF-32432A and weigh 37 g.
The Topaz ProLaser lens is designed to provide OD4 protection against laser radiation at wavelengths of 400 and 532 nm. This specialized MY6 configuration is intended for environments requiring protection against these specific wavelengths in addition to mechanical eye protection.
The 2.7 mm polycarbonate lens complies with STANAG 2920 and MIL-PRF-32432A. The manufacturer specifies a V50 ballistic resistance of 234.9 m/s for the Topaz version. The glasses also comply with EN166.
The lens features an AS/AF coating that increases resistance to scratches and helps reduce fogging. This treatment supports clear vision during demanding use and when moving between environments with different temperatures or humidity levels.
The MY6 Topaz ProLaser uses a half-frame design made from a combination of nylon, polycarbonate, and thermoplastic rubber. The complete glasses weigh 37 g.
The Topaz ProLaser version complies with the ballistic requirements of STANAG 2920 and MIL-PRF-32432A. The European version also complies with EN166 and carries CE and UKCA markings.
