Templar's Gear® CIBV3 4EL Plate Carrier

The Templar's Gear CIBV3 4EL is a modular plate carrier designed for 25 × 30 cm (10" × 12") hard ballistic plates and compatible soft armor inserts. Based on the Cataphract series, it combines extended ballistic coverage with laser-cut MOLLE/PALS attachment panels, ROC quick-release buckles, and compatibility with Templar's Gear GEN4 CPC/TPC placards.

Designed for Hard Armor Plates and Soft Armor Inserts

The front and rear plate bags accept standard 25 × 30 cm (10" × 12") hard ballistic plates, while dedicated compartments accommodate compatible soft armor inserts in the front, rear, and cummerbund. Ballistic protection depends on the installed plates and soft armor inserts, which are sold separately.

Included Collar and Shoulder Protection

The carrier includes a ballistic collar and shoulder protectors, each equipped with pockets for compatible soft armor inserts. Soft armor inserts are not included.

Cummerbund with Soft Armor Pockets

The adjustable cummerbund features integrated pockets for compatible soft armor inserts, providing additional side protection when equipped. Carrier size primarily determines the cummerbund length and adjustment range, while all versions accept the same 25 × 30 cm (10" × 12") hard armor plates.

ROC Quick-Release System

ROC quick-release buckles on both the shoulder straps and cummerbund allow rapid donning, doffing, and emergency removal of the carrier when required.

Laser-Cut MOLLE/PALS Platform

The exterior features laser-cut MOLLE/PALS-compatible attachment panels for mounting magazine pouches, medical kits, admin pouches, radios, and other mission-specific equipment while maintaining a low-profile design.

Compatible with GEN4 CPC/TPC Placards

The front plate bag features a buckle-mounted placard interface compatible with Templar's Gear GEN4 CPC/TPC placards, allowing the front loadout to be configured according to mission requirements.

IRR-Treated Construction

The carrier is manufactured from a Cordura 500D laminate with IRR treatment to reduce infrared signature. The package includes the front and rear plate bags, cummerbund, collar, and shoulder protectors. Ballistic plates and soft armor inserts are not included.
