The Gear Aid Odor Eliminator is designed to reduce odors in sports gear, footwear, and equipment exposed to moisture and sweat. Its formula uses microbial cultures to break down odor-causing organic residues without relying on added fragrances.
The solution contains a blend of microbial cultures that activate in water and target organic residues responsible for odor. Instead of masking smells, the process helps reduce them at the source. After drying, the activity of the microorganisms decreases, and any remaining residue can be rinsed away if needed.
The product can be used on neoprene gear, protective equipment, workwear, and sports clothing. It is also suitable for footwear, including liners, insoles, and inner boots where odors tend to accumulate.
The treated item is immersed in a prepared solution for a short period and then left to air dry. The process does not require scrubbing and can be repeated as needed. Drying time may vary depending on the material.
The formulation does not rely on perfumes or conventional detergents. It is designed to address the source of odor rather than covering it, helping maintain the original properties of the treated materials.
