US company Leatherman® was founded in 1983 in Portlandu,Oregon by Graduate of Mechanical Engineering on Oregon State University Timothy S. Leatherman. In cooperation with Steve Berliner he started to develop multi-tool Pocket Survival. The company has then been developing another products including knives. They now have several dozen separate products.

In addition to knives and multi-tools Leatherman® also offers sheaths and pouches for them. They are designed specifically for brand´s knives and multitools, but they can also be used universally - considering the size. The main fabric used is densely woven and durable nylon. The important thing is then MOLLE system compability of individual sheaths. 

Leatherman® Multi-tool and Knives Sheaths can be worn both horizontally and vertically and closed with velcro flap. Each sheath has a Leatherman® logo. In addition to knives and multitool sheaths you can also find another Leatherman® products such as multi-tools or accessories - for example replacement bits.
