The third-generation HM51R Ruby V3.0 provides a maximum output of 860 lumens with a beam distance reaching up to 140 meters. It features five white light modes and four red light modes, including flashing and SOS functions. The neutral white light temperature of 4500 K delivers natural color rendering and improved visibility in outdoor environments.
The headlamp is powered by an included rechargeable RCR123A battery that can be conveniently charged through the integrated USB-C port. It is also compatible with disposable CR123A batteries for emergency use. Maximum runtime reaches up to 125 hours in the lowest output mode. A built-in LED indicator integrated into the switch displays the current battery status.
The body is manufactured from durable A6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum with a hard-anodized Type III finish for enhanced wear resistance. The HM51R Ruby V3.0 meets the IP68 waterproof standard and withstands submersion up to 2 meters as well as drops from heights up to 2 meters. Digital output regulation maintains stable brightness and protects the light from overheating.
The magnetic tail cap enables attachment to metal surfaces for convenient hands-free use. When removed from the headband mount, the headlamp can also function as a compact handheld flashlight. A removable steel clip allows attachment to pockets, gear, or webbing. The perforated headband with reflective elements ensures comfortable wear during prolonged use.
