Rottner® Praktik 17 Furniture Safe / 15 RU / S1

The Rottner Praktik 17 Furniture Safe provides compact storage for important documents, valuables and other sensitive items. It meets security level S1 under ČSN EN 14450+A1:2024 and provides burglary resistance of at least 15 resistance units. Its single-wall steel body is secured by a certified Class A key lock under ČSN EN 1300.

S1 Certification and at Least 15 RU

The Praktik 17 meets security level S1 under ČSN EN 14450+A1:2024 and provides burglary resistance of at least 15 resistance units under ČSN EN 1143-1:2020. Certification was performed by the SZU/CZ testing institute.

Class A Key Lock

Access is secured by a certified key-operated safe lock classified as Class A under ČSN EN 1300. The mechanical design requires no batteries or external power source.

For Documents, Valuables and Firearm Storage

The interior can accommodate important papers, identification documents, cash, valuables or other compact equipment. With at least 15 resistance units and a Class A lock, the safe meets the technical requirements established by current Czech regulations for lockable steel boxes and cabinets used to secure firearms and ammunition.

Under current Czech legislation, a compliant lockable steel box or cabinet can be used to secure up to 10 registered firearms or up to 10,000 rounds of ammunition. Due to its compact dimensions, the practical storage capacity of the Praktik 17 is considerably lower.

Single-Wall Steel Construction

The safe features a single-wall steel body with an anthracite finish. The door is secured by two moving locking bolts and opens to an angle of up to 90°.

Wall or Floor Anchoring

Two mounting holes in the rear panel and two in the base allow the safe to be anchored to a suitable wall or floor. Each mounting hole has a diameter of 11 mm, and the required anchoring hardware is included.

Compact Dimensions

The safe measures approximately 170 × 310 × 250 mm externally and 161 × 296 × 180 mm internally. Its internal capacity is approximately 8.6 L, and the safe weighs 9.1 kg.
