The ANV M500 Kamba Desert Storm fixed blade knife is created as a tribute to Operation Desert Storm and the courage of Czechoslovak soldiers who were prepared to face extreme threats. The Coyote colour scheme inspired by the desert environment, durable materials, and individually numbered series give each of the 198 pieces a unique identity and significance.
This limited edition references the Gulf War and Operation Desert Storm, during which an international coalition rapidly halted aggression and reshaped the situation in the region. The model also commemorates the deployment of Czechoslovak soldiers who were prepared for the threat of chemical weapons, with each knife individually numbered as a symbolic reference to their unit presence.
The blade is made of Elmax powder steel, providing excellent edge retention and toughness under demanding use. It is complemented by a durable DLC coating in a golden finish, introduced for the first time in this edition. The robust construction is based on a standard model optimized for penetration and durability, with a carefully tuned edge geometry.
The handle consists of 3D-machined G10 scales in a sand colour with a textured surface that ensures a secure grip during use. Combined with the full-tang steel construction and ergonomic shaping, it provides strong control. A glass breaker is integrated at the end of the handle for emergency use.
The package includes a self-locking Coyote Kydex sheath with a MOLLE system, allowing both vertical and horizontal carry options. The sheath is complemented by laser engraving featuring a soldier in protective gear, and the package also includes a commemorative card referencing Operation Desert Storm.
