Bonowi IPE^® GmbH (International Police Equipment) is a German company with more than 25 years of experience in the development and production of professional police and security equipment. Its portfolio includes high-quality batons and tonfas, as well as handcuffs, protective clothing, ballistic vests, and selected medical equipment.

The company’s roots go back to BONOWI RMS (Rettungs-Mehrzweck-Einsatzstock), a project that laid the foundation for its long-term success. Over the years, Bonowi^® has continuously refined its products and secured a leading position in the German police equipment market, as well as in several neighboring countries. Thanks to exceptional quality standards, Bonowi^® products are also used outside Europe, equipping police forces in countries such as China, Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates, and Ecuador.

Although Bonowi IPE^® is best known for its advanced batons, the company also develops modern handcuffs and ballistic protection systems used by police and military units across Europe. In addition, Bonowi IPE^® has contributed to the development of specialized electronic equipment for the German armed forces (Bundeswehr) deployed abroad.
