The Black Fox Nu-Bowie was created as a pocket tribute to the legendary Bowie. Designed with respect for history, built with a focus on functionality. Clean design, reliable craftsmanship and features that make sense – this is not just a stylish display piece, but a piece of equipment ready for everyday action.
The design is by Kean Alfaro, who does not rewrite the classic – he merely translates it into today's language. The Nu-Bowie maintains the typical silhouette but takes it further. Blade shape, ergonomics, overall balance – everything here has its place and purpose. A knife that fits in your hand, not in the drawer.
D2 is among the steels that can withstand tougher handling. The handle holds even when wet, and the entire frame is reinforced with stainless steel, including the lock and screws. There's nothing here that would easily rust or loosen.
For the first time in the Black Fox line, it comes with a button lock – a convenient locking mechanism that can be managed with one hand while holding firm. The carrying clip is reversible depending on which side you carry it. And thanks to ideal proportions, you know about the knife only when you really need it.
The Nu-Bowie is not a replica of the past. It is an honest tool built with respect but without sentimentality. It doesn't pretend to be more than it is – and that's why it quickly finds its place.
