Gamut 26 L Backpack – Vertx®

The Vertx^® Gamut 26 L backpack maintains a discreet appearance while offering a highly functional interior designed for carrying gear, equipment, and concealed firearms. It builds on the proven Gamut series and adds faster access to the CCW compartment, improved internal organization, and increased capacity for longer days and larger loads. Its civilian silhouette blends naturally into urban environments, offices, and travel situations, making it a versatile backpack for everyday carry.

Rapid Access to Firearms and Sensitive Equipment

A dedicated concealed carry compartment allows secure storage and quick access when needed. The integrated BAP (Body Armor Panel) system helps stabilize equipment inside the compartment while allowing customizable access. Zipper pulls can be repositioned according to user preference. Inside the compartment there is also a sleeve for a ballistic panel and a concealed pocket suitable for documents or other sensitive items. Upper routing ports allow hydration tubes or cables to pass through the pack.

Expanded Organization and Gear Capacity

The light-colored interior lining improves visibility even in low-light conditions. Mesh pockets, gear slots, hook-and-loop panels, and attachment points keep equipment organized and easy to access. The front admin pocket includes slots suitable for magazines, first aid supplies, or EDC gear, along with elastic retention loops for modular accessories. A dual-layer padded compartment protects laptops and other electronics, while the larger capacity comfortably accommodates devices up to approximately 16". A separate top pocket with soft tricot lining provides quick-access storage for glasses or other small items.

Comfort for Daily Carry and Travel

The padded back panel features both vertical and horizontal pass-through sleeves that allow the backpack to be securely attached to rolling luggage handles during travel. Shoulder straps with quick-release buckles and elastic loops allow better load distribution and attachment of small accessories. An adjustable sternum strap improves stability and fit. Stretch side pockets securely hold water bottles during movement.

Durable Construction for Larger Loads

The backpack body is made from durable, tightly woven nylon designed to withstand regular daily use. All compartments use reliable YKK zippers that ensure smooth operation and long-term durability. The front panel includes attachment loops for carabiners and additional gear.
