The TLR-8 HL-X Sub by Streamlight is a compact weapon-mounted LED flashlight designed for compact and slimline pistols. It combines high-output white light with an integrated green aiming laser while maintaining a low-profile footprint suitable for concealed carry, duty, and defensive applications.

High-Output Illumination and Green Laser

The flashlight delivers up to 1000 lumens of output when powered by the rechargeable Streamlight SL-B9 battery, with a beam distance reaching up to 200 meters. The integrated green laser (510–530 nm) supports rapid target acquisition in low-light and transitional lighting conditions.

Users can select between white light only, white light with laser, or laser-only modes depending on operational requirements.

Low-Profile Weapon-Mounted Design

The housing is manufactured from durable aerospace-grade aluminum and built for dependable performance in demanding environments. The ambidextrous switching system allows intuitive operation for both right- and left-handed shooters.

A tool-free quick-detach mounting system enables fast installation and removal without additional equipment.

Flexible Power Options

The TLR-8 HL-X Sub supports both the rechargeable Streamlight SL-B9 Li-Ion battery (included) and standard CR123A lithium batteries. The SL-B9 battery features integrated USB-C charging directly on the battery housing for convenient field charging.
