SureFire® Dual-Switch Tailcap and Remote Pressure Pad for Scout Lights, 7″ Cable

The SureFire Dual-Switch Tailcap and Remote Pressure Pad provide two independent control options for compatible Scout weapon lights. The integrated tailcap switch is complemented by a remote pressure pad with a 7″ cable for placement on the handguard. The assembly is designed primarily for the M600DF and M640DF Dual Fuel Scout Light models and the BSL-A Ballistic Shield Light. A system lockout helps prevent accidental activation during transport or storage.

Two Independent Controls

The integrated tailcap switch allows the light to be operated directly at the rear of the body. The remote pressure pad provides a second control point that can be positioned on the handguard. Both controls operate independently.

Remote Pressure Pad with 7″ Cable

The remote pressure pad uses a 7″ / approximately 17.8 cm cable. It provides momentary light activation, while the cable length allows the control to be positioned according to the firearm configuration and the user’s preferred grip.

For Dual Fuel Scout Lights

The switch assembly is primarily designed for SureFire M600DF and M640DF Dual Fuel Scout Lights and the BSL-A Ballistic Shield Light. Its electrical construction supports the requirements of high-output 6 V Dual Fuel models.

System Lockout

The tailcap includes a lockout function that prevents unintended activation of the light. This feature is useful during transport, storage, or whenever the light must remain disabled.

Durable Sealed Construction

The switch combines aluminum components with reinforced polymer. The aluminum surfaces feature a MIL-SPEC Type III hard-anodized finish, while the sealed construction helps protect the internal components from moisture. The two-piece tailcap can be rotated to orient the integrated switch according to the firearm setup.
