The pistol has a stainless steel slide with a PVD coating in coyote brown color with the same cutout for optical devices as specified for the military MHS system. The Sig Sauer P320-M17 in 9×19 caliber also has black control elements just like the pistols supplied to the U.S. Army.

The Sig Sauer P320-M17 in 9×19 caliber is equipped with Siglite front sight and a removable rear plate with Night Sight, which facilitates aiming in low-light conditions.
