The result is a machined 7075 aluminum body with V-shaped bedding for stable system placement, a free-floating barrel, and the option to customize the rifle according to personal shooting style.

Engineered for performance

The chassis is made from aluminum with reinforcing ribs and M-LOK slots for accessory attachment. It is compatible with AR pistol grips, and the rear thread accepts standard AR buttstocks. This combination provides maximum adaptability without altering the rifle’s core system.

Included accessories

The package contains a bipod adapter (CRC 9029), two Picatinny rails, and all necessary mounting hardware. Screws meet a minimum strength class of 10.9, and the most stressed threads feature steel inserts to ensure durability even after repeated disassembly.

Durability and protection

The entire chassis is finished with Cerakote – a two-component ceramic coating widely used in the firearms industry. It resists scratches, chemicals, moisture, and mechanical stress. Combined with robust materials, the CRC 7U001 is built for longevity – and looks excellent doing it.

Assembly notes

The kit fits most Mosin-Nagant rifles. In some cases, especially with ProMag magazines, minor fitting may be required. Due to varying manufacturing tolerances of Mosin rifles, adjustments may involve gradual sanding in precisely defined steps.
