Rothco® G.I. Casualty Blanket thermo foil with aluminum layer

This emergency blanket (thermal blanket) is primarily designed to keep the injured person warm. The main material is Astrolar, a metalized laminate with the ability to reflect heat. The inner layer made of 100% aluminum without additives reflects body heat and thus retains it where it's needed, inside. The Astrolar laminate foil has much better insulating properties than ordinary blankets made of single-layer fabric.
