Protection Group® SAPI PGD Berserker Level IV ballistic plate

Protection Group's SAPI PGD-Berserker Ballistic Plate provides great protection at an affordable price. With its standard size of 10" x 12", the plate is compatible with almost all types of plate carriers. It is manufactured in Europe from European materials and protects according to NIJ Level 3 and NIJ Level 4 standards.

The plate itself is also protected

The sheet is coated with a thin surface layer of protective foam so that the ceramics are protected against impact. It is not a foam that degrades the level of edge-to-edge protection. The sheet is made in a new "heat-sealed" waterproof package. Keeps water, oil and other liquids out of the sheet without impairing ballistic properties.

Economical solution

For the SAPI PGD-Berserker plate, its manufacturer used AL203 ceramic, which is an economical and stable solution without compromising on quality. PGD-Berserker can be cheaper than PGD U-line because the materials in PGD-Berserker weigh a bit more than other plate materials. The material used does not have a degrading effect on the quality of protection.

The strongest single plate in the range

By creating a single curved plate instead of a multi-curved one, while maintaining NIJ protection levels 3 and 4, you get the strongest single plate the manufacturer has to offer. You don't need soft armor when using PGD-Berserker. Although it is an affordable plate, the manufacturer used the SAPI cut. This allows free movement without hitting the plate with your armpit.

Edge-to-edge protection

The PGD-Berserker has edge-to-edge protection, meaning you're protected virtually across the board. If the plate doesn't have edge-to-edge protection, the edge is made of hard foam that won't protect you from projectiles. The foam on the edge means that the sheet covers approx. ⅓ less area.
