People with eye conditions, which can be for example myopia or farsightedness, have always had some disadvantages. There are no prescription ballistic eyeshields and goggles so they always had to wear standard prescription eyewear. Buy, adjust, wear 

All we need to do is to buy adequate prescription insert. This insert is taken to the professional optometrist and after some correction our lenses can be mounted. There are two types - we can choose either plastic or metal inserts. It is difficult to say which one is better, metal inserts are not as noticeable so they blend better with prescription lenses whereas plastic inserts are lighter and usually offer better protection. It is only up to us which one we choose. 

Beware of the type of eyewear
