The SIG Sauer P365-XL COMP in .380 Auto combines the compact dimensions of the P365 series with an extended grip, 12-round capacity and integrated compensation. A two-port expansion chamber at the front of the slide helps reduce muzzle rise and felt recoil without increasing the overall length of the pistol. Features include a SIG-LOC optic interface, XRAY3 Day/Night sights and a flat XSeries trigger.
The front of the slide incorporates a two-port expansion chamber that directs propellant gases upward to help counteract muzzle rise and reduce felt recoil. Because the compensation system is integrated directly into the slide, it does not require a separate muzzle-mounted compensator or increase the overall length of the pistol. Combined with the .380 Auto chambering, it contributes to more manageable handling during firing.
The stainless steel slide with a Nitron finish features the SIG-LOC interface for direct mounting of a compatible pistol red dot sight. Pronounced slide serrations provide a secure grip during manipulation. The pistol is also equipped with XRAY3 Day/Night iron sights, designed to provide a highly visible sight picture in daylight as well as aiming capability in low-light conditions.
The P365-XL COMP features a flat XSeries trigger that provides a consistent contact surface for the trigger finger. The controls also include an extended slide catch for easier thumb access and manipulation. The 365XL-380-COMP configuration does not feature a manual safety.
The XSeries polymer grip module provides additional gripping surface while retaining compact dimensions suitable for everyday concealed carry. A proprietary SIG Rail at the front of the frame allows the attachment of compatible weapon lights and other accessories. Like other pistols in the P365 family, the design uses a removable Fire Control Unit (FCU).
The carbon steel barrel measures 3.1", approximately 78.7 mm. Overall pistol length is approximately 16.8 cm, width is approximately 3.1 cm and weight with a magazine is approximately 522 g. The pistol is supplied with two steel 12-round magazines.
