ICE = Interchangeable Component Eyeshield = protective eyeshield with interchangeable components.

Anti-fog technology removes the effect of moisture condensation at large temperature differences or for frames without ventilation and allows the wearer to operate in optimal conditions.

Anti scratch technology acts as a protective shield that increases lens resistance and reduces scratch formation.This increases the life of lenses, comfort of use and prevent scratches that would distort view.

ESS^® ICE™ 2,4 Eyeshield are universal protective glasses with 3 interchangeable lenses. Thanks to the unique ballistic properties they provide excellent eye protection for all soldiers, police officers, intervention units, rescuers, but also for athletes. They have modern design and excellent protection against damage - scratching of frame or lenses.They bring excellent quality of eye protection for any activities in different conditions. ICE™ have 3 lenses (clear, smokey gray and yellow) as a standard from very durable polycarbonate of thickness 2,4 mm suitable for use in different lightning conditions. They absorb only solar radiation and therefore provide good visibility even in the shade and with dark lenses.

Lenses ICE have ballistic protection that meets military standards.Ballistic protection tested for caliber 0.15 according to MIL-PRF-31013. They reside direct shotgun hit from 10m. Also tested by the Czech Office for Testing Weapons and Ammunition in Prague.Another standards and requirements: ANSI Z87.1; US Federal OSHA standards; CE EN166 (F); US Army and USMC Authorized.

Thanks to the ESS^® Modular Technology the lenses are easily interchangeable and therefore not costly. All lenses have 100 % UVA / UVB protection and ensure 100 % clear field of view without any distortion.

RX insert can be used - prescription lenses,which can be installed in a common optics stores.
