About the NAEMT TCCC – All Service Members Course

The NAEMT TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) – All Service Members course is a seven-hour NAEMT-certified program aligned with the official U.S. military TCCC standards for line personnel.

All instruction follows approved and validated protocols and is taught exclusively by TCCC-certified military instructors, ensuring the highest level of professional accuracy. The course’s primary goal is to familiarize participants, within seven hours, with the core principles of providing emergency medical care in combat environments. Emphasis is placed on hands-on drills, rapid decision-making under stress, and executing lifesaving interventions with minimal equipment.

The curriculum consists of 10 instructional modules based on the official NAEMT / TCCC program. Upon registration, each student receives access credentials to didactic presentations and the All Combatants schedule.

What You Will Learn

The NAEMT TCCC – All Service Members course teaches participants how to respond effectively in combat and tactical environments, where stress, noise, and limited resources complicate care.

Over seven hours of intensive training, you will acquire lifesaving skills and practical techniques according to Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) standards.

You will learn to:

  1. Identify life-threatening injuries and make critical decisions within seconds.
  2. Control massive bleeding with limited equipment and under pressure.
  3. Manage airways, assess breathing, and evaluate circulation.
  4. Perform rapid casualty assessment and determine treatment priorities.
  5. Apply “minimal equipment” techniques – providing care with limited or improvised tools.
  6. Treat casualties under adverse conditions – low visibility, noise, or ongoing threat.
  7. Deliver essential care following current TCCC MARCH protocols.
  8. Work as part of a team and execute casualty care in active-threat environments.

The training includes 10 structured modules combining theoretical instruction with hands-on drills in simulated high-stress conditions. Focus is placed on precision, efficiency, and maintaining composure when every second counts.
