The Ghosthood® Reversible Mobile Multispectral Vehicle Camouflage System is designed to reduce a vehicle’s visual and thermal signature across multiple spectra. It disrupts the vehicle’s outline, lowers detectability in both the visible and infrared ranges, and allows rapid adaptation to changing environments. The lightweight, modular design preserves full vehicle functionality and supports mobility in dynamic field operations.
The system utilizes multispectral camouflage to reduce contrast in the visible spectrum while managing infrared signature. This makes the vehicle less detectable under night vision and thermal imaging. As a result, it blends more effectively into the surrounding environment and is harder to identify during ground or aerial reconnaissance.
The camouflage is based on the conCAMO pattern, which uses layered shapes and color transitions to disrupt the vehicle’s outline. This visual fragmentation makes it more difficult for both the human eye and optical sensors to recognize distinct shapes. The vehicle integrates naturally into vegetation, terrain features, or urban edges.
The reversible construction features two camouflage sides optimized for different environments. This allows quick adaptation to terrain or seasonal conditions by simply reversing individual panels. One system can therefore cover multiple operational scenarios without additional equipment.
The modular design allows the system to be configured for various vehicle types. Individual panels can be arranged to cover the hood, sides, and rear sections as needed. The setup does not restrict normal operation—doors, engine compartments, and access points remain fully usable.
The textile material is lightweight, breathable, and easily packable, minimizing additional load on the vehicle and crew. The system is designed for rapid deployment and can withstand movement through vegetation without restricting maneuverability.
