The story of the roastery began with two friends, Lukáš and Jarda, who shared a passion for good coffee. At a time when quality coffee was not easily accessible locally, they decided to start roasting their own—laying the foundation for what is now a growing local brand.

Today, Meleme Pražírna® supplies selected cafés, including locations in Turnov and Prague, while also offering freshly roasted whole bean coffee for home preparation. Each batch is roasted with attention to detail to ensure a balanced flavor profile and consistent quality.
