Agilite is one of those manufacturers that builds its gear around real end-user needs in the field — not around marketing trends. The new K-ZERO™ SF proves that philosophy once again. It replaces the original K-ZERO and brings construction solutions based on long-term deployment with Israeli and U.S. units. The focus is on what professionals actually require: all-day comfort, modularity, reliability and ergonomics that make sense in every movement.
The K-ZERO SF moves to a universal-size carrier concept, eliminating the need to choose between S/M/L carrier sizes. A single carrier covers the full range of ballistic plates from size S through M up to L, which significantly simplifies both individual loadout selection and team-wide standardization of kit.
The plate bags are engineered to securely accommodate all common ballistic plate profiles, including plates at the upper dimensional limits stated in the specs. As a result, the K-ZERO SF is compatible with most plates used by armed forces, law-enforcement units, security contractors and commercial plate manufacturers.
Agilite also retains three core colorways — Black, Ranger Green and Multicam — with potential for further expansion of the palette.

Agilite® K-ZERO™ SF as a modular evolution of the original K-ZERO. The carrier allows for quick panel exchange, full compatibility with Agilite accessories, and offers a robust design solution for various gear configurations.
The carrier is designed to withstand extended deployments regardless of environment or movement intensity. The foundation is a combination of smart construction and modern design features integrated into the SF version to improve ergonomics, load distribution and overall comfort during all-day wear.
The result is a carrier that conforms naturally to the body and minimizes pressure on the shoulders and clavicle area — a significant improvement over the earlier K-ZERO generation.
In dynamic environments where seconds matter, a plate carrier has to allow both rapid donning and a safe emergency doff without losing control of critical gear. The K-ZERO™ SF uses a modernized quick-release system engineered for fast role changes, easy manipulation with gloves and reliable performance even in dirty, wet or maritime conditions.
The K-ZERO™ SF offers broad configuration options based on role, mission and personal preference:
In practice this means the end user can decide whether they need a one-sided or two-sided quick-release, a hard-locked setup for CQB, or a hybrid solution. The system remains functional in wet, muddy and fully soaked conditions — including amphibious operations.

Pincer Admin Panel Agilite® on the K-ZERO SF carrier allows quick access to magazines and small gear. Modular attachment is compatible with Agilite placard systems and MOLLE platforms.
Modularity is one of Agilite’s strongest attributes — and the K-ZERO SF pushes that philosophy even further than its predecessor. The carrier is designed to adapt to different roles, environments and user preferences, from a minimalist low-profile setup to a fully built-out combat configuration with multiple layers of kit.
The core design anticipates rapid front-panel changes, variable side attachment options and fully thought-out routing for cables and hydration systems. This allows the K-ZERO SF to be smoothly reconfigured by mission type, carried equipment or evolving tactical situation — without sacrificing stability or ergonomics.
Just like the original K-ZERO, the SF version is highly modular, but it offers a broader suite of features right out of the box:
This modularity makes it possible to configure the carrier for CQB, patrol, low-visibility operations or heavy combat loads.
Agilite designs and manufactures most of the key components in-house, ensuring 100% cross-compatibility across the product line. Cummerbunds, placards, pouches and accessories can be mixed and matched without worrying about odd interfaces or reduced functionality.
Modularity here isn’t just “standard-compatible” — it’s a coherent ecosystem that keeps its shape and logic.

Modular ecosystem Agilite® in a deployed configuration: K-ZERO™ SF plate carrier complemented by Pincer Placard™ pouches, a BattleShell holster, and a Rear Hanger pouch. Demonstration of how individual components work together and allow for building different gear configurations according to the mission and the user's role.
The K-ZERO™ SF borrows proven design elements from the K19 and original K-ZERO and adds several key improvements:
Thanks to these features, the carrier avoids a bulky profile, holds its shape under full load and remains highly controllable in dynamic combat.
The materials used in the carrier meet military standards for abrasion resistance, water resistance and environmental durability. The plate bags and structural elements are engineered so that even under maximum load the carrier:
This level of durability is one of the reasons the K-ZERO SF was developed in close cooperation with Israeli and U.S. operators. Testing in their conditions quickly exposes any weak point — and every design element used here has passed in environments where failure is not an option.

Pincer Placard™ Agilite® allows quick and secure attachment of magazines thanks to its elastic and low-profile design. It is fully compatible with the K-ZERO SF carrier and other plate carriers with a placard interface.
The K-ZERO SF stands out not just through its overall design, but also through a large number of fine-tuned details that only really show during operational use. Many of these features came directly from long-term field testing — from weapon handling and kit manipulation, through repeated transitions between positions, to full-day wear in demanding terrain. The result is a carrier that improves ergonomics, saves time and makes gear handling easier in dynamic situations.
Included in the package are the Micro Warfighter™ Cummerbund, three Duraflex® quick-release buckles, a complete cable-management kit and removable shoulder padding.
The K-ZERO™ SF isn’t trying to be a revolution at all costs — instead, it delivers a carefully considered evolution driven by long-term deployments and real feedback from professionals. Agilite doesn’t add features just “for show”; it addresses concrete requirements that operators encounter in daily duty and during live operations.
The result is a carrier that naturally adapts to the type of operation, the configuration of the user’s loadout and their personal preferences. It allows rapid role changes, straightforward front and side reconfiguration and confident reliance on a chassis that performs under heavy loads and during prolonged wear.
For most professional users, the K-ZERO™ SF represents a well-balanced blend of performance, comfort and durability — a solution that doesn’t look over-engineered, but delivers exactly what’s needed on the modern battlefield and in demanding security operations. Within the Agilite lineup, it’s a plate carrier that accurately reflects what today’s standard for real-world deployment is supposed to look like.
