HB Industries® AK-Style Safety Selector for Springfield Kuna

The HB Industries AK-Style Safety Selector for the Springfield Kuna replaces the factory safety lever with an extended design inspired by the AK platform. The longer lever provides increased mechanical leverage for faster, more positive manipulation, while the stepped serrations improve finger purchase during operation. Available in left- and right-side versions, it allows the rifle to be configured to the shooter's preferred manual of arms.

AK-Inspired Safety Operation

The extended lever allows the safety to be disengaged and engaged using a natural thumb or trigger-finger movement similar to an AK-pattern rifle. Its increased length provides greater leverage, requiring less effort to move the selector between SAFE and FIRE positions. Stepped serrations enhance traction and help maintain positive control, even with gloves.

Left- or Right-Side Configuration

The selector is available for either the left or right side of the Springfield Kuna. The opposite side can retain the factory selector, be paired with another HB Industries selector, or be fitted with an HB Industries Safety Delete, allowing the control layout to be tailored to the shooter's preference.

Precision-Machined Aluminum Construction

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the selector features a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard-anodized finish for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. It installs as a direct replacement for the factory safety lever without requiring permanent modification to the firearm.
