The Hunter X-22 Takedown handguard by Magpul^® is engineered as a lightweight, low-profile solution for the Ruger^® 10/22 Takedown platform when paired with the Hunter X-22 Takedown stock. A universal barrel cradle accepts a broad range of barrel diameters—from slim sporter profiles to heavier bull barrels—allowing a single forend to work with multiple configurations.

M-LOK modularity

The handguard features M-LOK^® attachment points on multiple faces for mounting lights, sling mounts, QD adapters and other accessories. The low profile preserves handling while giving users the flexibility to fit mission-specific kit.

Bipod-ready and travel-friendly

The underside incorporates a threaded provision for bipod mounting or alternative stabilization hardware, while the secure locking interface ensures the takedown rifle remains compact and stable during transport.
