DIRECT ACTION^®

Direct Action is a project by the company Helikon-Tex resulting from a combination of excellent design, manufacturing capabilities, skills, and capacities, and a thorough understanding of the specific needs of the end user – a member of special operations units. From this combination, a new individual system was born that is open, flexible, and has all the necessary features, while remaining simple and avoiding excessive user burden. All parts of the system are compatible with other components, whether it be weapons, carrying systems, backpacks, jackets, or service uniforms. The products are designed to form a coordinated whole that is crucial for mission success.

In the high-quality Direct Action products, the highest quality materials and components are used – Cordura^® nylon, YKK^® zippers, Duraflex^® - Woojin buckles and clasps. The "laser-cut" slits compatible with the MOLLE binding enable a significantly lower profile of the luggage compared to the classic MOLLE webbing. The system is of course also compatible with equipment using the older MOLLE / PALS binding.

Everything is available in camouflage patterns, both classic and more modern ones like PenCott or Kryptek. There are also monochrome commercial / civilian versions available, such as black or green / olive.

When creating the Direct Action line, every detail was carefully thought out according to the following criteria – no random selection, no compromises, no approach to design "according to old gear," no hesitation to use new technologies. All of this is based on experience and knowledge from the real world of elite special operations units – this range is based on the knowledge and experience of former operators of elite units.

Products from the Direct Action project are so exceptional in their design, processing, and features that the Helikon-Tex company provided them with a new logo, assigned them their own brand, their own website, and a new trading company. The brand is represented in Europe by the Polish company Direct Action s.c. based in Wroclaw, and in North America by Direct Action, LLC based in Ballston Spa, New York. This new brand of advanced tactical equipment was introduced in 2014.
