Noodles with vegetables from the wok pan are a specially developed dish for vegans, but they will certainly be appreciated by meat lovers as well. Although the food is 100% vegan, it contains many necessary nutrients (is highly nutritious) and provides sufficient energy for even the most difficult hikes and tasks. 100% natural, without preservatives. They are ready with hot water in 8 minutes and with the use of cold water in 16 minutes. The energy content per portion is 551 kcal.

Instructions for use

• open the food package, remove the oxygen absorber and pour 300 ml of water
• mix the package with food and added water
• food can be prepared using a bag for heating, on a field stove or on a small fire - procedures are a little different, preparation time about 8/16 minutes
