
Sharpenig rod of medium grit 800 with wood grip handle. Just a few strokes on both sides every time you use it, is all you need to keep your knives sharp and ready.
Step 1 - place the tip of the stick on a stable surface; hold the handle of the sharpener firmly
Step 2 - draw the knife edge down the rod (as you were attempting to slice a thin layer off), use light pressure and maintain consistent angle; make motion 3 - 4 times and switch to the other side of the blade´s edge and repeat until is sharp.
Same use for both right and left-handers.
Note: when the stick gets clogged with detriment use Nathan´s Honing Oil with fine cloth or paper towel to clean it.
