WBP® AK mounting rail

The mounting rail for AK47/AKM is an indispensable part made in Polish WBP of the highest quality. It provides a solid and stable platform for mounting optics. It is simply the best, lightest and strongest side rail for building your Kalashnikov.

In-house production

The Polish company WBP (Wytwórnia Broni Jacek Popiński) is primarily known for manufacturing its own weapons, typically semi-automatic rifles, specifically the Jack and Mini Jack series. An added bonus is, of course, the production of accessories and spare parts for these weapons.

Optics mounting

If you need to attach an optical device to your AK47/AKM series weapon, you have several options to do so. For example, you can buy a dust cover with a Picatinny rail. However, based on our own experience and customer feedback, this is not always the optimal solution. A more reliable option has proven to be attaching a side mounting rail, which, for instance, holds zero better.

Side mounting rail

If your AK47/AKM series weapon does not come with a side rail for optics mounting out of the box, this product from WBP offers a unique opportunity to enhance it perfectly.

Standard dimensions

This rail uses standard spacing for riveting into the body of the AK47/AKM series weapon. A competent gunsmith familiar with the construction of weapons in this series is required for installation. This mounting rail can be installed on weapons with both stamped and milled receivers.
