The Busch PROtective CTM-1 is a modular training protection system developed for Force-on-Force training with FX, UTM, Simunition, and airsoft platforms. When used with compatible Busch PROtective AMP and AMH helmets, it creates a lightweight protective solution that provides 360° coverage of the head, eyes, face, and neck. The system is designed to support realistic training scenarios while maintaining a wide field of view, mobility, and user comfort.
The CTM-1 is intended for realistic training with marking cartridges and airsoft platforms. It supports training with both handguns and long guns while allowing users to practice weapon handling, movement, communication, and decision-making in scenarios that closely replicate operational conditions.
The system combines a protective visor, mandible guard, and neck protector to provide comprehensive coverage of vulnerable areas. When paired with a compatible helmet, it delivers protection for the head, eyes, face, and neck during training with marking ammunition and airsoft projectiles.
The protective components are designed to remain within the helmet profile and minimize obstruction of the user's field of view. This helps maintain situational awareness during team-based exercises, close-quarters training, and dynamic scenarios involving multiple threats.
The protective elements are positioned to promote airflow around the face and head. Effective ventilation helps reduce heat buildup and improves comfort during extended training sessions.
The CTM-1 is compatible with Busch PROtective AMP and AMH helmets equipped with CMR-1 rails and the Speed Connect System (SCS). The attachment system allows rapid installation and removal without complex assembly procedures.
The system is engineered to provide a high level of training protection while maintaining low weight and mobility. Its modular architecture allows users to configure the setup according to specific training requirements.
