Strike Industries® Picatinny Rail Covers with Cable Management / 6 pcs

The Strike Industries Picatinny Rail Cover Set combines rail protection with an integrated system for organizing weapon-light, remote-switch and other accessory cables. Each low-profile cover accepts cables up to 3.5 mm in diameter and supports longitudinal, transverse, U-shaped or Z-shaped routing. The six covers are made from lightweight SI PolyFlex and feature a textured surface for more secure hand contact.

Rail Cover and Cable Management System

The underside of each cover provides space for routing cables and managing a portion of any excess length. This helps organize wiring without relying on temporary solutions such as tape or cable ties.

Multiple Cable-Routing Options

Cables can be routed along the Picatinny rail, across it or arranged in a U or Z pattern beneath the covers. Each cover can be oriented according to the accessory layout. The Cable Management System accepts cables measuring up to 3.5 mm in diameter.

Avoid Sharp Cable Bends

The manufacturer warns that bending a cable sharply at 90° over the edge of a Picatinny rail can damage many cable types. Maintain an appropriate bend radius during installation and use longitudinal, U-shaped or Z-shaped routing whenever the setup allows.

The covers shield exposed Picatinny edges from routine mechanical damage and reduce uncomfortable contact with the support hand or thumb. Organized wiring is also less likely to snag on equipment or become tangled.

Each cover measures approximately 20.07 × 29.46 × 9.43 mm and occupies two Picatinny rail slots. Its low-profile shape leaves room for additional accessories and helps reduce snagging on gear.
